We can supply plastic extrusions in a range of surface finishes to enhance the appeal of your product or simply to suit your application. Surface finish can be adjusted through a combination of material selection, material formulation, tooling design and additional operations.

Smooth extrusion surfaces

High gloss, satin and matt appearance extrusions can be achieved using a wide range of materials. Material selection will have a significant influence on the desired finish.

Textured extrusion finishes

A range of finishes can be applied to profiles as they are extruded to give a rough surface or textured finish including a wood grain or leather effect. Textured surfaces may be chosen to disguise scuffs and bruises that your product may sustain during its life.

Printed extrusions

We can also ink jet print plastic extrusions or tubes at regular intervals, where required, with a company name, web address or product code.
