Co Extruded Plastic Profiles

Co extruded plastic profiles combine two or three different materials or colours in a single plastic profile. They require compatible materials that will bond together to form a strong finished part.

The co extrusion technique is often used in place of adding a gasket or seal to a rigid plastic profile as a secondary operation on assembly.

We have produced co and tri extruded profiles with dual densities and with a variety of colour combinations, including stripes of a second colour.
