Standard Plastic Profiles

Condale Plastics manufactures a wide range of standard plastic profiles to order from our East Grinstead based factory in West Sussex. Our standard profiles include plastic PVC tubes, rigid and flexible plastic rod, plastic angles and plastic pipes in a variety of materials, shapes, colours and sizes.

Although we do not hold stock on standard plastic profiles, we have tooling available for most standard plastic sections and tube sizes, allowing a quick turnaround from initial order to delivery.

Our extrusion lines can handle plastic tubes in a range of shapes from 2mm to 160mm in diameter, with many combinations of wall thicknesses and in a variety of materials. Plastic profiles can be produce in sizes up to 320mm in width and 100mm in depth and in virtually any thermoplastic material of your choice.
